The Corleone is named after the small town in Sicily  near Palermo where my grandfather Biagio Colletti was born. While it is impossible to avoid unfortunate associations with this name, it reflects the passionate spirit of this instrument, and the Colletti Family.     Std 25" Scale 1-3/4" at nut. Swept "f"holes and Asymmetrical X-Bracing for more open voicing     AAA European Spruce top, Eastern Curly Maple slab cut back and ribs.     Hand Carved & Tap Tuned.     Burl or highly figured Maple book matched head stock with matching pick guard     Hand Carved Ebony Bridge and Tailpiece     5 Piece Laminated curly maple & walnut neck. Split block MOP inlays.      Gold tuners w/Ebony button     White binding w/multiple ply BWB purfling on body, fingerboard and head stock. Bound "f" holes     Floating Kent Armstrong pickup w/volume & tone control.     Your choice of conventional Pots with Ebony knobs on pickguard, or under pickguard thumb wheel controls.     Your choice Kent's Humbucker or  Kent's DeArmond /P90 type single coil/dual tap(with switch)     Nitrocellulose Lacquer- Red Violin and Golden Sunburst shown     With hard shell case.     $5100.
